My name is Raya and I am inside the emergency room now. The staff here is very helpful and quick! I only had to wait 15 minutes to come into a room for my 2nd degree burn. I was shocked to see that there are so many nice nurses and staff members here after reading horrible reviews.

My boyfriend came in due to extreme tooth pain. He was there for hrs without proper treatment and was fed up and ready to leave but they refused saying he must get picked up. While waiting for me to arrive he was mistreated by one of the front desk attendants that are in charge of admission and giving discharge paperwork. He was talk to like a child and threatend to have police called on him because he wanted his paperwork! Im not sure whos in charge of this hospital but this is not okay... When I came to.pick up my boyfriend the attendant told me nothing about the altercation but says sarcastically.. O your his girlfriend , then told me to wait for a social worker as if my man was an inmate or child... Im sure as a person in the health field they have taught you how to talk and to have compassion with those who come to you facility. They obviously are in need of help. Please retrain your staff... Help people!! DO NOT BULLY THEM! And thank you to the other receptionist whom found out whom I was and helped me out with his discharge paperwork so I could take him home.
